So many HGH posts. I need specific answers please!
I have bought my starter package of 4 months worth of Somatropin HGH 8iu each, 80 per kit and have 1cc .5 needle syringes and am ready to start losing some weight. I also have some t4 and clen tabs. From what I have picked from doing my research is that these used with each other should be an effective way to lose some weight.
I am 5'8" and 240 lbs. mid 20% bf. Been working out for about 6 years but have been pretty lazy over the past 7 months and the bf% proves that. My goal is to lose 20 some pounds however long that takes.
I was thinking
3iu hgh ed or 5 on 2 off ?
clen work from 80-120mcg's ed ?
t4 about 20mcg's ed for how many months?
I am currently waking up and straight hitting cardio for about 45 minutes in the morning (elips, bike, tread). Eating some egg whites and toast int the morning , then a couple small meals of chicken and rice throughout the day.
Does everything look okay here?

for a 1st time user i'd start at 2iu's and see what kind of sides you get if any, if no sides or tolerable ones after 2wks then go up to 2.5 iu's then go to 3. t4 i'd start at 50mcg's for the 1st 2 days then go up to 100mcg's. clen dosage looks good but how do you plan on taking it, 2wks on 2wks off or thru entire cycle?

I personally wouldn't use HGH to cut BF if my BF % was 20%. At 20%, you can loose a lot of that naturally then when you start struggling you could throw in some HGH.
3IU is fine for fat loss, and your clen doses are fine also. I would bump the T4 to 100mcg p/day and I usually cycle T4 all throughout my HGH cycle, never had any dramas.

i had the same problem before piper, high body fat from drinking alochol and eatin too much at nite. Best way to remedy is to cut the bad calories, and High intensity cardio 4-5 days a weeks for at least 30 min after ur workout or later in the day. good luck.

Thanks Guys... I'm gonna chill with the HGH till I hit that "roadblock" everyone hits than start using the HGH then. In the meantime until then should I utilize the clen and t4 to aid?
