Not a flame, but spend some time searching around in order to ask some more detailed questions. You're not going to get many "good" responses when your question is so broad.

You'll get plenty of great info searching this forum alone. You can literally spend hours and answer most of your questions.

Hang tight bro. I just started this forum too. It's been an education to say the least. These guys definately know their stuff. But I'm finding the best way to get answers is just to sit back and read. Just about any question or situation is covered somewhere in here. SEARCH BUTTON GOOD!!!!

Also comes down to what your prepared to spend. I mean theres plenty of generic powders around, me i prefer ansomone or jins....but thats just py own preference
