    Igf-1 Lr3

    Does it need to be injected twice daily??

    training days:- 80mcg PWO
    Non training days:- 40mcg AM

    once a day is fine. i inject only on training days, mon,tues,thurs, fri, sat and works great.

    good starting dose for begginers is 40mcgs shot bi-laterlly ED.
