I don't even take 10 - 20g, I usually take 5 - 10g max. If creatine did have somehing to do with BP, I am sure it wouldn't be anything major otherwise this supp wouldn't be on the shelf.

i have read in one of the books( building the perfect beast) that a lot of bodybuilders take up to 40 grams creatine and up to 50 grams of glutamine with excellent results.i take 3iu hgh in the morning with 10 iu humalog,60 grams of protein,12 dextrose tablets (42 gr.dextrose) 10 gr.creatine.10 gr.glutamine. i then repeat the protein ,dextrose, creatine and glutamine one hour later.then i eat around one to one and a half hour later.. this is in the morning, then in the evening i do the same thing again post workout. i do all this 5 days a week only on workout days for 6 weeks and then i still take everything on here every day. but no slin for 1 month to give my body a break.after one month goes by i repeat again with the slin.any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

yeah I think so, Your muscle cells can only hold a finite amount of creatine no matter how much other stuff you take with it. The rest your just pissing away.

agreed....20g of creatine is more than enough. dont recall exactly what the body produces naturally, but i believe its less than 1g

regardless, the general dosing is about 10g....

wow, dude thats why too much creatine... i can honestly speak from experiece... too much creatine will mess up your kidney... i used 10g of normal creatine... but about 3g max of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (CEE) and its more effective and no water rention. believe me dude 40 is a waste, your probly pissing out more than half of it... instead of reading out dated books, try Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL + Arginine Ethyl Ester HCL, (u could add taurine) instead of just creatine on its own, but everything else is GOOD.
