    how to inject insulin

    hey guys this will be my first time injecting insulin and a guy at the gym told me u pinch the skin on your forearm or leg and jab it inbetween. because he goes if you jab in your stomach your stomach gets bigger. is this true?

    does anyone have a site where they show pictures step by step on how to inject insulin because im not really sure and i dont want to mess up

    Your stomach won't get bigger.

    I did have a site which shows where/how to inject insulin . I'll try and find it and post it.
