blue top HGH with "ND" on box

Has anyone come across a box that has "ND" on the label and contains ten 10 iu vials with light blue caps that say "flip off"? I have never seen ND before and am trying to find out if it is fake. Thanks.

yah there called blue tops and there alright there just a generic hgh from china , but real, dont worry all is good.
