Cutting fat is not the purpose of IGF. I beleive IGF does not have the fat burning properties as HGH does but I could be mistaken. If your already low BF% and want to drop even further you could try adding Clenbuterol. What are your current stats, lifting experience, diet?
I wasn't sure if you could use it (IGF) to help burn fat i keep reading different threads that say both. Right now I am 235 at about 18-20% bf. (high I know). I have been training for 10 years and have done my share of cycles mostly bulking cycles over the winter then I would give myself 3-4 months to lean up for the summer. I never tried to loose this much this quick. As for my diet I am just doing the low carb high pro and no drinking of course
How often do you hit up cardio? What does your diet look like (you say you are hitting it hard) IGF is not what your looking for IMO. Like I said clen would be a better bet and hit up more cardio. Not too sure but I beleive clen has slight anabolic properties in which you can burn fat and retain muscle which is what a lot of people like about it.
dieting and cardio are the key ingrediants, it also wouldn't hurt to throw in some thermo's(fat burners) and i don't know if you ever ran tren,prop,and winnie together, i get great results from stacking those 3
No. Suppressive to your HPTA and with no test could lead to problems. Besides winny does not Cut you up, nor does it burn fat! Winny will harden the muscle you already have, true you can gain a couple lbs but if your diet sucks and are not low BF% then itll be a waste of time and money! Steroids are not your answer. Diet, cardio is the answer as most will tell you but a good thermogenic will help. Also like I said your best bet in dropping fat fast like you want would be clen. Do a search on how it should be used. Clen will burn the fat as long as your keeping your cardio up. But if your diet is shitty then all that fat burned will be put back on when you come off. You are what you eat so remember to eat lean and healthy if you want to be lean for summer or whatever your goals are.
You could use this compound to harden up but I wouldn't count on loosing BF from it.

Yes the IGF will harden you up but you reallly wont loose BF with it like you can with HGH. But if your at a high BF% then you wont want to mess with anything until you bring it down. Like I said, its all about diet and cardio. Supplements speed up the process and thats why I suggested clen.
