Curious GH
I am 23 years old to the day. The caution is that no one in their early 20s should touch GH b/c of the factors in growth plates still being open. Is this hyped up? Or should I really be concerned and wait a couple more years...

unless you mind growing taller, I wouldn't worry about taking HGH. In fact, I'd say it's good to take it before your growth plates have closed since sides like joint pain only happen if you have fused growth plates.
That's what I know anyway...i'm not an endocrinologist though...Last edited by barondumonde; 01-10-2008 at 04:28 PM.

It's not a hype at all, you should take this matter very seriously. Only use if your growth plates are fused, but to be sure I would go for a check up.

Mine grew maybe half a size. I can still wear my Nikes but my toes are jammed into the front. I can't wear my boots or my dress shoes anymore. Fingers grew at least 2 sizes. I had to get a new wedding ring.

Hmm
Guess growth may Happen to some ! But If its 1/2 to 1 size bigger in feet and hands ..Its more than likely Water Retention !!!!!!
On My First Cycle I went from 140lbs to 180lbs I swore my feet and hands Grew ...Of course after a new relationship at the time Stopped working out for a couple of yrs ...Well my feet went back down to proper size ! and hands seemed to do the same !!!!! Remember when working out hands and feet take a beating and are used more ...water readily makes itself available hands felt tighter feet toooo...Just my experience ...Now if your wood grew an inch or 2 that would make me Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm How ?
Now were talking normal use right not Superman stacks Right

Growth hormone can cause the extremeties of the body (hands, feet, nose, forehead, jaw) to increase in size, not sure how drastic this effect can be, but it is not down to water retention, and in most cases these results are permanent

yo jersey--
Did your hands and feet actually grow longer, or did they just get thicker? I was under the impression that the fingers couldn't grow after the plates fused. That's actually the x-ray endos get to determine whether or not you've got growth left in you.

My toes are jammed into the front of my Nike's. They may not have grown longer but overrall they got bigger so they obviously take up more room in my shoes.

Really they still grew 4 months after you stopped or you mean they have not gone down in size after the 4 months of stopping
I know some of the size would be water to what extent im not sure and I did say at Normal usuage not 20-30 iu's a dayLast edited by Synn; 02-03-2008 at 10:14 PM.

They have not gone down in the four months after stopping. It doesn't take 20-30iu's a day to see some growth of the extremities. I was using 10 on average. Have you ever done GH or are you just parroting things you've heard other people say?

Ok well at least your actually using it. We have too many parrots on the board the just repeat what they've heard without any real experience themselves. No doubt your going to see some water retention but that goes away. You'll know it when you look in the mirror and start seeing veins and striations. I've had swollen feet before from AAS and you couldn't see my tendons or veins until it went down. I stopped taking GH back in September and my hands and feet are still the same size and it's winter time. They get larger in the summer. I have no doubt that they are staying this size for good. It doesn't really bother me but I have to buy new shoes now.

Amen! Experience should be a requirement for the IGF/Insulin /GH forum.
