What Is The Conversion Of The Miniquicks That Are 0.4mg To I.u ? Is 0.4mg Actually 4 Mg . Little Confused.. Has Anyone Taken Them ? Thank You For Your Time ..

1mg=3iu therefore 0,4mg=1,2iu

i get it.. so i would have to do at the bare min 2 miniquicks a day to see any results ? i am guessing 28 won't make do the trick .. how long have you been on may i ask ? what have you seen for results ? thank you for the response..

I use the 2mg when I am traveling. The rest of the time, I save money and mix myself. Amazing product.
