I know this is a very broad question and it obviously varies from individual to individual.
I'm 27/195 lbs/15% body fat.
I'm planning on running 4IU per day (6 on/1off) of HGH for 6 weeks along with 80mcg a day (2 weeks on/2 weeks off)/.
My goal is to shred and burn as much body fat as possible. With a intense diet/cardio regimen based on some of your results what kind of results can I epect? Body fat loss? Muscle gain?
