Picked up my igf and.... i can either do 3 3 weeks cycles at 50mcg every traingday or 2 4 week cycles at 100mcg every training day... it think the 100mcg is the best bet for mass but i donno what do u think?

Bump (in The Same Situation).
if you have never used it before, the general consensus is to use 40mcg/day, split into 2 20mcg injections bi-laterally into each trained muscle group. Keep in mind you need to cycle it no more that 30 days on and then take 30 days off. Also keep in mind how long it is good for once constituted, don't constitute more than you plan to use during the cycle.
Great advicer by Bigger. If you are a beginner I would def take lower doses.
