IGF R3 Question

Just rec'd my IGF R3 from Lion with NaCl, most threads I have read said it is okay to recon with the NaCL, but one thread from Redbaron states that NaCl is included with order to cut the AA solution?

My questions:

Can I use 10mls of NaCl to recon?(I plan on using immediately over next 5 weeks @ 40mcg/day 5 on 2 off)

Does it need to be refridgerated ?

I am anxious to get started and would need to order AA or filters to do my own!

You are good for 30 days with the NaCl, put the IGF in the fridge.
