    what is the correct way to run MGF?

    ive been reading a ton of different boards and threads, its seems every one kinda has a diffferent way to run mgf,

    (#1)one way was 100mcg mgf in each muscle 24 hours before worked muscle, then 25mcg igf PWO in each muscle.

    (#2)another way, after worked muscle 100mcg mgf in each muscle PWO, then 1hour later igf in that muscle.

    (#3) after worked muscle 100mcg mgf in each muscle pwo, then 3 days later igf in that muscle.

    What do you think is the best way to run mgf? And since igf-1L3 is longer acting then igf, is 20 to 25mcg in each muscle PWO low enough, so it wont go systemic??? i dont want any igf floating around finding a receptor so it can grow, like guts etc....

    and is mgf from lion , is it the pegmgf????

    after reading alot of the games threads im going to try to run mgf/igf like this.

    sunday - 100mcg of pegmgf in each bicep.
    monday- workout bi/tri /PWO 20mcg of igf in each bi.
    tuesday-workout shoulders/pwo20mcg igf in each delt
    wed- 100mcg pegmgf in each chest muscle.
    thur- workout chest/pwo20mcg igf in each pec.
    fri- workout back/pwo 25mcg igf in each lat
    sat
    sun- 100mcg pegmgf in each delt
    mon- workout shoulders/pwo 20mcg igf in each delt.
    etc...
    etc...

    this is how i was told also, every 3rd day. how long are you gonna run it?

    iwas told for igf you can run it longer then 4 weeks if you do eod or e3d, and for mgf, if you go twice a week i think you can go 4weeks also instead of the two weeks on and off.
