should i break these up into two injections a day?

yes, anything above 4 iu a day you are better off doing to shots, one the minute you wake up and the other around 4 in the afternoon

I tried what Kale said in the past and due to my life schedule, I kept missing my afternoon shot. Especially in the summer when I go straight to the beach to train after work. So now I take all 5iu in the AM. I have done this for the last month with no issues. I am not saying it is better, it just works for me.
