    Igf-1

    K, i've come into sum IGF-1 mate bought it and now doesnt want to use it anymore so i got it off him for cheap, ive read up on this stuff and know a little but not enough to feel safe to start doing it. I know/read that you are not supose to go over 120mcg a day and inject intermuscular/subq morning/afternoon/evening or evening bi'literly into the musce group used.

    The Kit i have got is 10 vials of 100mcg IGF-1 Long R3 in lypholised form (white powder) and 10 (1 ml) vials of water for reconstitution which im guessing = 100mcg/1ml/cc????

    this is where i get stuck on the dosing and how much to take and is using whilst on gear a good idea??

    im 5'6"
    10st 8lbs or 148lbs
    not sure of body fat.

    looking to lean and go to roughly 160lbs.

    i have 5 off these kits is this enough for a deff course or do i need to invest in more.

    course im on is:-
    500mgsust/wk - 12wks
    200mg deca /wk - 10wks
    40mgdbol/ed-4weeks

    Using while on AAS is a great idea, you can also use LR3 through PCT as well.

    Start on about 40mcg p/day PWO and increase the dose if necessary, but most are happy when using between 60 - 80mcg p/day. Anything over 80mcg is considered a high dose.

    Just another point - every one is different, people have used as low as 20mcg and seen good results and some have not seen anything at 120mcg also. You will have to try it urself for the IGF

    Let your nuts hang mate....use the entire 100mcg a day...mix it slowly dont flick it trying to get the bubbles out a lil bubbles is goog for ya...mix it before you work out let it sit then use it pwo

    Also with your stats I would suggest to eat more and go naturally to 180. Think of steroids then...you should have no issues reaching there with just your diet in check.

    You will get a better bang with steroids at that point

    I can see where you are coming from with the diet and thats all in check, but i was an idot at 18 and told by someone else to try gear and ****ed up finding difficult to put weight on naturally now i wish i hadnt started so early but cant change the past just learn from it and do better. have a high matabolism as all which doesnt help so having to eat a lot more than usual

    gear when u say the above is that 40mcg a day of the IGF bi-lat or intermusc????

    cheers for all the help and info guys, been on gear for last 3yrs or so but still kinda new if you get me.

    IGF is always taken IM, you can take it bi-lat or just shoot it in one spot. I have found no difference taking IGF either way.

    Not sure if that's good advice since he isn't an experienced user. Like anything else, no need to start taking higher doses immidietly, start low and ramp up if necessary would be the best option in this case.

    Cheers gear, will more than likely do this then will keep you updated on progress. so PWO is the best option for this stuff then. yet again cheers for the advice really appreiate it.
