2-5 IUs per day will get you good fat loss.

most guys run 2-3IUs for fat loss. But stay on it for 4-6 months or longer if you can afford it. Duration is important with GH.

It's an expensive way to shed fat.

Do you feel that Lr3 IGF-1 is more effective as a fat loss agent than HGH if price and duration are taken into consideration?

    Thanks

My opinion is igf is alot better for quicker results, but it's more expensive. running 50mcg's of IGF ed (and 1mg would then last 25 days) would cost about 1/2 of running gh for 25 days...but of course no results would come from growth in 25 days

I don't feel LR3 is a good option at all when it comes to fat loss.
