IGF-1 lr3 is the truth
i am just about done with my second full week of igf 1 at 50mcg per day bi-lateral with a 5 on, 2 off regime for 4 weeks, and i am very pleased with the results let me start by listing what else i am running...
pre workout - 3 caps of amplify 02 (started with 5 but the pumps were too much), and creatine
post workout - 2 to 1 carb to protein ratio with protein and dextrose shake
i am injecting the igf 1 within 15 minutes of workout and and post workout shake right after
the pumps are incredible, id like to say that as in terms of weight gain not a lot, between 2 and 3 pounds fluctuating, but if anybody has followed lego's log and renesis's log i would like to comment that like them i am experiencing a lot more fullness of each muscle group, its hard to explain because it looks like i have put on more weight but not according to the scale, my body looks much more hard (for example the bottom of my pecs are noticably more defined and edged, strength has gone up in weight in every category except biceps, which reps have gone up but still the same weight, overall i am very pleased and immediately following this igf cycle i am starting my aas cycle and then will add another 4 weeks of igf 1 in my pct

Don't worry about what the scales say, go by what the mirror says. What you described is excatly the type of gains LR3 delivers.
Adding AAS later will increase your gains by even more.
Good stuff.

i wouldnt say im leaning out, its tough to explain, i explained it the best i could in my first post on the thread, more like getting fuller, i wouldnt say im loosing much fat, but i am a lean guy as it is, about 8-9% body fat, its nothing like a water weight or bloat though either

03-16-2008, 09:03 PM #10I am at the exact same point. I could have wrote the same text to describe my state as well - except I use No Xpand instead of amplify, and pretty much just all protein before and after workout.
Halleluyah! I am a believer!

Anyone know how quick IR is to ship their IGF, or respond to queries?
P.S. I've gained 7lbs in 2.5 weeks on ONLY IGF up to this point. I am so happy with this stuff I'm tellin ya. I am only 1 lb off my bloated 'enhanced' weight - but now i am more vascular, ripped, and strong. Everyone has noticed, but noone said a peep when i was at my enhanced state.

How do you know for sure that the IGF is the big difference in pumps and weight and not the Amplify and creatine? That is what creatine does. It makes you retain creatine phosphate in the muscle and gives a fuller look. It is temporary though. That is why every time i went off creatine I lost that look and the weight. the water was gone. You retain the muscle gained but that fullness is gone. Just asking if you have ruled that out as a cause.

and on that note i will be administering my last igf 1 shot tomarrow, the 4 weeks were incredible... this stuff is nothing short of amazing, noticed the most gains in my legs, chest and arms, especially the legs, muscle volume increased in these 3 muscle groups the most... igf 1 is the perfect precurser to an aas cycle as that is what i just started now, i will def. be adding igf 1 again at pct, i would def. suggest this compound to somebody who is willing to learn and administer properly
