First cycle - IGF, Insulin and Oxandrolone

    Hey everyone!
I'm new to the forum but have been lurking for some time. I've been working out for four years now and am planning my first cycle soon.
Since the side effects of most AAS aren't very appealing to me (I already tend to get unclean skin and am losing hair since I'm 20), I played with the thought of doing an Oxandrolone cycle, especially when taking into consideration that it has a relatively mild side effect profiel (aside from the stress for the liver).

I've also tried using insulin for a few weeks (12IU post workout), but that didn't help me in regards to gaining mass. I did make some progress in strength, but I couldn't say that my body's looks changed considerably during that time. I was later told that Insuline is more or less useless without AAS. I still don't understand why that is so...

Anyway, I have gotten ahold of a cheap IGF and Oxandrolone source through a friend and decided it's time to hit it.
This is what I was planning to do:

    1st Month:
    30ug IGF ED
    30mg Oxandrolone ED
12IU Insuline post workout (starting with 3IU in the beginning to see about the impact of IGF on insuline efficiency and blood sugar)

    2nd Month:
    30mg Oxandrolone ED
    12IU Insuline post workout

Now, since I don't have much experience with the whole thing, I would be open to your recommendations. Especially in regards to PCT, I've been lots of contradictory information about which medication to choose and whether it's even necessary when doing Oxandrolone only.

Thanks for taking the time. I'm looking forward to your comments.

    Fab.

Any oral drug will always be a bit harsher on the liver than the stuff you inject so keep that in mind.

Since you are taking anavar alone, you won't gain too much weight but this drug will certainly assist with fat loss.

Insulin isn't your best option if you want to gain weight as it is mostly used for recovery reasons. Unless you are an expert when it comes to insulin use, I wouldn't use insulin and anavar as anavar will help with fat loss but insulin is more than likely to assist with fat gain, so if not used properly these two compounds will actually work against eachother.

Insulin delivers good benefits which are usualy unnoticeable so this is why most don't see/feel any gains when using this drug, but I wouldn't say insulin is useless unless combined with AAS.

You will experience some nice gain from IGF and anavar, but like I said I wouldn't expect too much weight gain. You will mostly harden up a bit and lose some fat. Adding insulin is a great idea as it will speed up the recovery process but ensure you know how to use this drug properly, and keep in mind that it is very easy to store fat when insulin is in the picture so just make sure you know what you're doing.

You already know that IGF and insulin both effect your blood glucose so ensure you have plenty of simple carbohydrates on hand. When hypo arrives, it does not go away unless you know excatly what to do.

We have a PCT forum which would be worth visiting if you are after PCT info, but I would suggest you defenitely use IGF and insulin through PCT.

    Good luck.
