    Insulitard&Novarapid stack???

    Hi guys,I am 28 years old,steroid user since 2003, 170 lbs with %10bf.
I am going to my new 8 weeks steroid cycle and I want to use some insuline in this time.
My plan is simple;I will use Insulitard in the 6am. Maximum effect of this will start in 7-7.30am and I will eat my breakfast. This effect will be end like 5-6pm.
My workout will be 7.30am and I will hit the NovaRapid in this time.NovaRapid has 2 and half hours max effect.I will took my carb and protein shake after my workout.Than have a good solid meal.

My carb-insulin ratio is:1 IU per 10 grams of carb. For example, if I eat 400 gram carbs a day that means 40 IU insulin.300 grams in day time(insulitard) and 100 grams after training(novarapid),total 400 grams.

What is your comments about it??? Thanks for answers.

    Strenght and Honour!

I don't suggest you use insultard as that type of insulin is in your system for quite some time. If you are interested in using insulin then you need to use a fast acting insulin such as humalog or novorapid.

All you need is a fast acting insulin immidietly PWO.
