Insulin is mostly used after workout, the ultrarapid one. Do you know how to use it?
only what i have read, and people who has done told me
What are your stats and goals?
Why you'd wanna try insulin?
Have you any experience with AAS?
im a hard gainer, i have been lifting 4 12 years,im currently powerlifting. i want 2 grow put on some mass.dont know what AAS is but i familiar with the the other enhancing suppliments
Since insulin will assit with shuttling nutrients into cells, it would be mostly beneficial if taken immidietly PWO when your body is starving for nutrients. This is a great way to speed up the recovery process and potentially gain muscle and strength.
Even though insulin can potentially deliver muscle and strength gains, insulin is actually not the best option if you are after muscle/strength gains because the gaining process can be quite lengthy. AAS will defenitely deliver better gains a lot sooner in that department but as I said insulin is rather a usefull drug when it comes to recovery.
