MGF from our sponsor

I bought 4 vials of MGF for my research purposes and have some questions.
1) 2 of the bottles have a q-tip size ball of powder, the other 2 bairly have any powder - its all broke apart and mainly stuck on the stopper. i emailed the sponsor and he said there is enough in there that the others just had over the 1000mcgs. Anyone else experience this? Should I send the two back that are all broke apart?
2) it came with NACL, and i know how to mix, but what is the other empty vial for?

I would have to see what it looks like to be able to give you more of an accurate answer. Whatever you do, do not heat the vial in attempt to try and get the powder unstuck from the stoper. You could try and lightly shake the vial or tap the vial with your fingers and see what happens. I am sure you have tried to fix this problem many ways, but if the powder is hard to get to then send it back.
