Mixing Frag

I just received the little guys this week without a sterile vile (unfortunately).

What is the best solvent for frag? I have only bacteriostatic water and sodium chloride on hand. Optimal sitting time/ refrigeration, etc?

No experience with it and finally got some - there has been backorder for as long as I can remeber.

Any suggestions comments would help.

also, was out of town when the package arrived - sat 2 days without refrigeration. will this be a problem?

Some brands are ok without cooling,some are not.Wich one do you have?Chineese Ug or Med.?
Bacteriostatic is ok for 2 weeks by cooling between 2-8 celcius.
Best time is in the morning,1 hour no carbs before and after de shot.Start with 2 iu 5/2.
