How much water do I put in my igf-1??

Ok maybe this will show my noob status of taking IGF-1, but this is my 1st so forgive me, I got 10 little bottles of igf-1 lr3, and some Distilled water that came with it, the powder is very small at the bottom, so I don't know how much water to put in it, I was told 3ml, but is that too much am I diluting my gear with this??, or does it take 2ml water, if Id had a pic Id put it up, but basically looks like a small 2ml bottle, with the igf-1 LR3 at bottom, im taking 60mcg day but want to know if im really, with the 3ml water i put in it...thanks

    Comments, advice, bring em
