What is the recommended dosage. I have searched and searched. I see 200mcgs x 2 a week. I can get 2mg but think I need 4mg for max results.
Also what is the inject protocol. IM or SQ? and what time of day is the best to inject?
and should you inject it into the muscle worked?
Please send some feeback, got it today and ready to start, just want to do it right.

That you have to inject locally after you finish ur workout. Its a subq shot but you don't need that high a dose tho 200mcg, tho. You'd probably be good with say 60mcg PWO. Don't expect dramatic gains off it tho like with gear.
