    GH Question, conflicting advice, need help!

    Hello All,

    I am 29, 180lbs, 5'9...I am taking GH for the first time, and several good friends who have done it prior to me say to take between 2 and 5 IUs (since I am a beginner in those regards) every night before I go to sleep. They have all had good results, so trusting seems like a good idea.

    Reading posts and info online, I am a little dizzy considering all the different methods and options (in the morning, twice a day, can't have carbs, use insulin ). And how important is a "ramp up" time. My main question is, for a beginner GH user like myself and my stats considered. What would be the best approach to GH use? Any help would be appreciated.

    PS I am running 150mgs of primo and prop EOD.

    dont use hgh before sleep. your body already produce GH in the first minutes of your sleep. Use in the morning bro.

    wow.. there is so much wrong here.. did you do a search here, or read the stickies, i'd start there..

    You would learn that we produce many "pulses" of GH in our body throughout the day and night.. the largest being at night when we are in deep sleep.. (thus the reason to not take it at night) your buds are doing it because gh will make you sleepy and it does suppress your thyroid slightly, that's why bros supplement with t4 or t3..

    6 month run
    2iu split morning and early afternoon..

    work up to 4iu split 2iu am.. 2iu pm

    6/1 if you can afford it.. some will run 5/2 because it's cheaper..

    after taking for 2 months, run a 12 week aas cycle, then complete the 6 month run of gh..

    that is the correct way to run GH given your stats.. I assumed the results you were looking for..

    as for ramp up time, if you don't want to do it.. don't.. your wrists and joints may hurt a lot, and that's the reason we say to ramp it up..

    At your age you would be running a risk of interupting your natural HGH production if you were to dose at night before you go to sleep.
