i reconstucted with AA, it was suspended nicely but i think it got too cold and recrystalized now it looks like it has flakes in it.

IGF will degrade at warm temp's which is why its best kept real cold so do not warm it up.

let it set for a while in the fridge. few hours, then take it out. swril it around slowly, and see wt happpens.

IGF is not like AAS in the aspects where you cannot heat it up or it will ruin the hormone. Do not shake it up as that also may ruin it. Its very touchy substance which is why we take care while reconstituting it and also keeping it in the fridge.
