    Question will shipping over country ruin my GH?

    I am gonna order GH from my source from another country.i'm wondering well usually i order my gear and it arrived approx 1 week. So i wanna ask will GH survive in room temperature about 1 week? and i've heard that we should shake GH and will the shipping ruin it?thx

    HGH will be fine at room temp if not mixed and no you should not shake the HGH vial.
