a new gh schedule - gear you know you wann know :)
I am trying a fidd gh protocol....
morning empty stomach 2 IUs gh plus 45 min cardio
meals all protein and fat
b4 the gym I sometimes have a naughty meal something with carbs and fat - fvck it right :lol:
then b4 the gym (7pm) again 2 IUs of gh, because I want my gym session to also burn fat, and the 10 IUs of slin to get the whole synergy igf effect :)
PWO is 50 dex
but the other meals are only protein, and I don't go hypo.....
What do you think?
I have to go extreme with low carbs at night because I am extremly sensitive to them fat wise....
