a new gh schedule - gear you know you wann know :)
I am trying a fidd gh protocol....
morning empty stomach 2 IUs gh plus 45 min cardio
meals all protein and fat
b4 the gym I sometimes have a naughty meal something with carbs and fat - fvck it right
then b4 the gym (7pm) again 2 IUs of gh, because I want my gym session to also burn fat, and the 10 IUs of slin to get the whole synergy igf effect
PWO is 50 dex
but the other meals are only protein, and I don't go hypo.....
What do you think?
I have to go extreme with low carbs at night because I am extremly sensitive to them fat wise....Last edited by bor; 05-19-2008 at 07:33 PM.

- I use to take 4IUs in the morning all b4 the cardio
- I take ECA for my gym session aswell
- I currently don't have workouts that could naturally produce HGH - its mostly high volume, middle weight, lots of reps....

I took the gh today first time b4 the gym and I pumped up more and sweated like a whore...

Oh and the cheat meal b4 the gym is from time to time, nothing regular...

Nothing wrong with carbohydrates + fat before gym, you need the energy anyway.
Everything else sounds good. Looking at what you're doing, you should come out fairly lean.
