Cycles for Contest Preparetion,HGH vs IGF-1

Hello.Everyone.
I will particiate BB conteest in Octorber,because Iwill start to get Steroids and Peptides.
Now,I'm training completely natural.I can start to get drugs from June.Because,I can take drugs for pre-contest about 4 months(16weeks) .
Then,I have one question.
As my case,it is not for long length for cpntest(16weeks),should I choise HGH or IGF-1? I read some threads about HGH and IGF-1.It sounds like that HGH has good effect in long length use(20-30weeks),IGF-1 has good effect in short length use.
Which is better choice for me?
Please give some advisies,and very sorry for my English is so bad.

HGH won't do you any good for 16 weeks but IGF can definitely benefit you quite a bit within that time. Definitely stick with IGF.

Can I ask one more question? How many dosageg of IGF-1 I should take?I want Bulk up more getting ripped. My data is like this(Now,I am completly drug free)
Age 37
15years traininng
Height 5,10
Weight 250 lbs(bodyfat is 20% around)
Squat 500lbs for 10reps
Deadlift 500lbs for some reps
Bench Press 400lbs for some reps

Start on about 40mcg p/day, and inject intramascular immidietly after training. From then on, you can increase the dose if necessary. Keep in mind that most people are happy when taking 60 - 80mcg p/day, and anything over 100mcg is considered a high dose.

Just be patient because IGF takes a while to deliver muscle gains, however its fat burning capibilities will kick in quite soon.
