    question about when to take hgh

    Well i am going to take my 1st injection 1st thing when I wake up. that will be 2iu's. Now my problem will be when the iu's go up. when I have to take 2 injections or more. The most iu's i want to go up to is 6. I work from 10am to 7pm... when in the world can i plan to get these injections in properly. thanks I am trying to plan this out right...

    It will be fine as long as it is refridgirated.

    well I am trying to figure how in the world to take it when I am @ work... I can't just put it in the fridge at work. I was thinking about loading a pin and keeping it in my desk to take a shot around 1:30pm.. I leave @ 10:00 am. Or can i just take it @ 7:25pm when I get home. I usually go to bed around 11pm.. any suggestions. thanks again

    You can take it at 7.25pm also just not too close 2 bed time.

    well that will be about a good 3 1/2 hours is that ok.... i usually go to bed about 11pm or so... Hay gear does hgh help with forearm pain. I usually get it from close grip bench and heavy curls... thanks again

    If it's an injury then HGH may help but it all depends on what type of injury it is.

    no it really is not an injury. I usually go to a massage therapist and get it strip downed. I guess it gets strained. more like it builds up inflammation. somewhat like golfers elbow or tennis elbow @ the forearm...

    What you're experiencing is quite common. It's just too much stress on your forearms/elbows from weight training. It happens to almost everybody who lifts heavy weights. HGH treatment is not necessary for something as such but it can definitely help. You will find that getting a massage frequently will take care of that problem in time.
