    First cycle HGH today

    Today I started my first cycle of HGH.

    I am doing 1 iu a day this week.

    Next week I will be doing 2 ius a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening).

    Week after, 2.5 iu a day.

    Week after, 3 ius a day

    and so on...

    I will be ramping up 1 iu to 2 ius every other week until my gh is gone.

    Is this an effective method?

    I am 25 years old and 170 lbs.

    They say if you take it in the pm it could interupt your body's natural production of gh. Our doses r small but "why take a chance"? Besided I've read that it's a good idea to take in the am because you'd b putting it on top of the gh your body made the night before...

    100iu's a waste. You will not see anything off of this at 1-2 iu a day. Save your kit till you can get more

    I had the formula and dosage wrong.

    First week 1iu a day.

    2nd - 9th week 2ius a day.

    10th (last) week 1iu a day.

    And if I see any results, I will get more and up the dosage to 3ius a day.

    You won't likely see results in 10 weeks. Most recommend running for a minimum of 6 months.

    I'm not trying to get big yet, I'm just trying to cut some fat. Is 10 wks sufficient time to cut fat? If I decide to get big, I will continue upping the dosage for 6 months.

    At your age 1 - 2IU is definitely not enough. Your minimum effective dose would be no less than 3IU, and there is no need to take 2 IU in mulitiple doses. Start splitting the dose when you get to 4IU. Everything else has been covered.

    However if you are 25 and 170lbs...what are you hoping to achieve with gh?

    Just to cut some fat and put a little mass on. I can take 3ius or 4ius if need. Right now I have 100ius, but i can get as much as I need. I just thought 2ius was sufficient.

    For fat loss you will need 3 - 4IU, and for muscle gains you will more than likely need a minimum of 5IU p/day but start on about 3IU and see what happens. The younger you are the more your cycle will cost you, I guess being and old fart isn't always a bad thing.

    Just take it easy when ramping up. There is no need to increase the dose by anymore than 1IU.

    I did cardio and full body weight training yesterday. I'm pretty sore today. So this week so far, I've worked out every other day. I've been on 1iu per day this week, taking Sat and Sunday off. Monday I will continue my workout schedule and bumping up to 2ius-2.5ius a day next week. Also, I slept like a baby!

    Started taking 2.5ius a day this week. I will keep all posted and probably move up to 3.5 or 4ius next week.

    Question for Gear

    Hey Gear!
    Got a question. I see you recommending guys bump up to at least 5iu to put on bulk but my Doctor started me on GH (Tev-Tropin and apparently very potent) and propianate 1cc a week. He said my GH levels were great (37,5'9",172) for never being on GH before and said 2iu a day was suffice. Your thoughts on bumping up on to 3-4iu stacked with the 1cc test weekly? Thanks brotha!

    Wether it is HGH or testosterone, your doc will never prescribe you doses which are necessary for noticable muscle gains.

    2IU is good for well being and minimum fat loss, it is not good enough for muscle mass. In most cases, 1cc of test is also not enough for good gains.

    IMO, 500mgs of any kind of testosterone is necessary for good gains, and unless you are 50+, you will need a minimum of 5IU p/day for good muscle mass.

    Gear,

    Makes sense and just what I figured. He needs to cover his ass and I need to make some serious gains for all those dead presidents I laid down! After 6 months, I will redo my blood work and see where I stand. Fortunately, ordering from my doctor is like buying a DVD from Amazon.com. Grazie!

    I am on 3.5 ius a day. No more itchy red spots on sub-q injections. Its odd, hopefully I didnt build up antibodies against the HGH. Seems to be working as far as cutting fat. Hoping to see some muscle gains when I ramp up to 5 ius.
