Need Advise, HGH and numb arms sleeping?????

I think im in 2.5 months into my HGH cycle doing 6/1 of 10iu day (added 5iu slin pwo), now this is just getting crazy, I love what it does on the Plus side, but man, I can't sleep....I always lay on my side and when I do, I wake up 1 hour later with my arm Almost numb, im having wierd and crazy dreams...wtf is going on, this just started getting worse last couple weeks

BTW,

I got a refill on my Lunesta "Sleep Meds" cause of this, but im scared that when I do wake up, I wont' be able to feel my arm...

HELP gear, anyone who has expeienced this, im going nuts here with lack of sleep

thats a common side effect. did you ramp up to 10iu or just start at that. If the side are 2 much cut back your dose some

started at round 6iu then jumped to 8iu..now 10

Gear is going to tell you that you didn't ramp up slowly enough, should have started with 2 IU's and ramp up and IU a week from what I've been seeing. Cut back and reramp.

I think you stated your dose too high and moved to fast to 10IU bro

yeah defo increased the dosage to fast you could try coming down again and ramping up much slower

rbfallon hit the nail on the head with this one. You definitely should have increased the dose by no more than 1IU at a time. Increasing the dose by too much at a time can lead to sides as such.

The only thing I can recomend is to drop down to a dose you feel comfy on and ramp up again, but this time increase the dose by .5 - 1IU at a time. .5IU may not seem much but increasing the dose in smaller numbers is a good way to get your body used to the HGH, and that's how you avoid side effects such as the ones you're currently experiencing.
