can you take 4iu at one time?
With my work i can only take the gh in the AM when i wake up. I do not want to take it before bed because i herd it messes with you nateral production. I have been taking 2ius in the mornign and seeing great progress i have been on it for 7 weeks now. I can start to notic now some fat loss and i sleep great and my skin and hair is softer for what i can tell. But my question is do i have to split up 4ius or can i take it all in the morning? also i do 5 days on 2 days off.
