    IGF while running/sprinting

has anyone here ran igf while competing in a sport that requires lots of running or endurance. I play rugby and was thinking about running an igf/mgf combo between cycles and during pct. I hear the pumps can get pretty insane and am concerned that it might interfere with performance. i cant imagine being able to play very good if i get tight and cramped up after running like 100 meters. thoughts anyone?

IGF is very common when it comes to athletes as such. A friend of mine was a sprinter and claimed IGF and HGH had boosted his performance signifcantly afer years of use.

thats good to hear. so there was no complaints about tightening up real bad and muscle cramps during competition? ive heard it can be tough to finish a resistance training workout because the pumps get so bad.

I've never used HGH/IGF for those reasons so I can't give you an accurate answer, but you may want to post this question in the sports forum. Personally I never thought the pumps were too dramatic when it comes to HGH and IGF.
