what would be the best dosage to use it to get the most out of it, as its all i can get my hands on at the moment

nothing. save them until u have at least 400-500iu on your hands.

there 100% useless without Alot more bro. put them in the fridge and wait until you get more because you wont see any results from using that small amount

You need to have enough to run a 6 month cycle otherwise is worthless
