does T3 increase or decrease GH?

there's something that I can't understand about T3.
In T3's profile I read that T3 does increase GH production, but when I read this thread

maybe I should read the article again

you need to use t4 with the gh and not t3 to get the full benefits of gh, thats what the article states. Been told to use 50 to 100 mcgs per day of t4.
