Why would anyone want to rip on you. It is admirable that you have faithfully worked out for 20 years without a cycle. To be quite honest, unless you are a professional bodybuilder or athlete with a ridiculous game schedule that require cycle support to actually make a living, the way you have done things is really smart. Also, getting to a point in life where injuries are more frequent kind of goes with the territory. Certainly all of the folks I know around here are not going to tear into you for things such as that ... we are all here for the sole purpose of helping each other out as we strive to achieve our fitness goals, whatever those personal goals may be.
At any rate, Wow! That is one really bad run of luck. Have you had a doctor check your hormone levels to make sure there isn't an underlying cause for the sudden rip and tears. Certainly with age we have to slow things up a bit as far as pushing heavy weights (a lesson painfully learned myself on a few occasions), but to have the degree of difficulty you are having right now would seem to point to something amiss ... hopefully your doctor is thinking along those lines too.
As far as hormones go, you would definitely want to ask your doctor about a prescription for HGH. I wouldn't bother with LR3, and huIGF-1 is only able to be prescribed to children with growth deficiencies at this point. I will tell you that even HGH isn't going to be a silver bullet. Tendon's and ligaments are a son-of-a-gun to get to heal even in the best of circumstances, but with some patience, a couple of IU's of prescription HGH per day, and possibly some other hormone balancing you should get back to fully functioning again.

Sorry to hear that. I have experienced similar but different problems with my wife and some cancer medications. She took a <5 mile an hour crash off of a bicycle and crushed T-9 in her back, broke her clavicle in two places, and broke two ribs ... thanks to some medications she had received a couple of years earlier. It stinks that in trying to fix or avoid one problem, you end up dealing up another set of equally unpalatable problems.
Talk to your doctor about HGH. It will definitely help to a degree, and over time may offer some significant relief. There are a couple of other things they can do for you as well. Again, best of luck in the road to recovery.

I am alecovering from a distal bicep tear. No fun what so ever. The first thing my doc asked was if I was on any antibiotics at all. Apparently most all antibiotics create a weakness at the tendon anchor point. I will be starting HGH as soon as I can get my hands on some.

RED..do you think that a higher dose of GH would be better and work faster for someone like Taylor, or would a couple of iu's per day be just as good??
