hello all!
I'm 22 years old and have been reading these forums a little bit now and am putting some serious thought into hgh but for different reasons than most of the younger kids posting on here about wanting to start it up. I want to mainly use hgh to cut. I weigh in at about 252 right now and im 5'9 and im not sure of my bodyfat percentage but i plan on getting some health insurance so i can get a doctor to monitor this as i start to take it at some point.
I am a stocky kid, since 10th grade ive had a 315 bench and i feel like i dont really need to get stronger ( this may sound weird ) but under this layer of fat on me i am actually kind of ripped. I've been at the gym for 2 months and lost 23 pounds because ive been slacking on my diet and thats not to bad and i could probably keep going at decent fat loss pace, but of course i am probably like most jerks who want to speed up the process.
If anyone can help me out as far as telling me the pros and cons of using hgh to possibly shred myself up itd be greatly appreciated. I read a lot of the peoples forums but most of the people are 30 and older and have yet to read any horror stories so its kind of just making me want to use the stuff more haha!
my workout now is a pretty stamina based workout as is to try and lose weight and cut up. i usually do 3 sets of everything, 30....25....20. and do about 4 exercises for each muscle such as chest and tri ect, and also run 2 miles after every workout on the olyotical because i have shin splints. i workout moday through saturday and sunday is my offday / cheatday. My diet usually contains ( when im not being a lazy shit ) slimfast in the morning, slimfast and salad in the afternoon, and grilled chicken breast brown rice and a can of veggies at around 6.....ive stopped the slimfast though because it was upsetting my stomach...i know this isnt the best of diets it was just meant for a crash diet for quick results. with the use of gh though i plan on probably using some of the peoples diets on here as far as the lean meats and fats and whatnot.
