This is my first post on this forum, but have been on for a while doing my research for my project.

Age - 35
Weight - 205
Training Ex - 18 years
Cycle Ex - 10 years
This is my first time experimenting with GH, but basically I am looking to gain some muscle weight and lose some body fat. I currently train 4 days a week and do cardio at least 5 to 6 days. I am on a 5day on / 2day off schedule and currently on my ramp up schedule (in my fourth week) as follows;
Weeks 1- 4 - 2IU a day
Week 5 - 2.5IU a day - Start Test Eth this week
Week 6 - 3IU a day
Week 7 and on - 4IU a day
Will ramp up to 5IU as soon as more kits are available.
My first question that I am unable to find an answer to is there any reason that I should keep my shot days on the days that I actually train with weights?
My second questions is at my age 35 there seems to be some different views on how high a dose is high enough to see decent to good results?
My third question and this might be more for AS area is, I have Test Eth and Sus 250 available is it smart to switch these up during my GH research or stack?
Last question is I have Deca and EQ is it good to stack either of these while on GH? I am trying not to counter any effects of the GH.
