Thinking about gh cycle
Hi all,
I am considering running a gh only cycle. I was wondering with my diet and training in check what kind of results would i see long term. I am thinking of running 4 ui a day for six months. thinking of doing just gh because my body just cant handle the sides of aas. My stats are 5 foot 4 inches. 147 lbs. about 10 % bodyfat, 37 yrs old and been training hard for 6 yrs. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

It really depends on what you want to achieve. HGH alone will deliver some fat loss and well being benefits, but if you are after muscle mass I suggest you add AAS to your HGH cycle. HGH alone certainly has the potential for muscle gains but adding AAS will boost things a little.
The dose once again depends on what you want to achieve as well as your age. At age 37, you will still more than likely need about 3 - 4IU p/day if you are after fat loss and a minimum of 5IU p/day for muscle gains.

Thank you for the quick reply! So i am considering this cycle because of the fact that my body just cannot handle the sides of aas. I have put on alot of muscle over the years of training. What kind of sides do you think i could expect from a dose like this of growth. I would think they would not be near as extreme as the sides of my last test cycle. thanks in advance

If you start on a lower dose (2 - 3IU) and increase the dose slowly you shouldn't experience any sides really. If anything, you may get some minor joint pain but not much more than that.

Thank you so much for the info. Would it be safe to say at that gyno would not be an issue. I am pretty sensitive to gyno with test. Never developed it but nipples were pretty sensative during test only cycle. Thanks

in theory GH alone would have no bearing on your sex hormones and therefore no risk of gynocomastia. Saying that, there was a guy who posts here that claimed GH caused gyno with himself, but i dont think that could have been the cause.
The risk is minimal, if it even exists

So do you believe i would have to add the test back in and just deal with the sides or should i say control the sides with AI. I do know how to eat right. Currently eating 6 meals a day. first 4 meals are 40 grams protien and 50 grams carbs. Meals 5 and 6 are 40 grams protien and greens.

I may not have made my goals clear in the beginning of this post. I do recognize that at 5"4 i am certainly not a monster by any means but over the years i have gained alot of strength compared to were i started. I have learned alot over the years about how to manipulate my diet to achieve my goals. when i first started lifting i was told just to eat big to get big and i did. I got alot stronger but put on more fat during the process than i would have liked. Then i learned how to diet and was able to get that fat off and maintain close to the same strength. Now i do no that you cannot put on size without putting on some fat. MY goal is to stay as lean as possible. Hoping to get shredded and if i can put on a little muscle that would be great. I am not looking to be the biggest guy in the gym or a pro bodybuilder by any means. so the goal would be to try and be at a lean 155 or 160. Is this possible with HGH or would i need to add the test to the mix. I am planning on bodybuilding for the rest of my life so this is not a short term goal. Thanks in advance

test/AAS in general would make these goals more realistic for sure, have you tried using anti estrogens with your cycles?
