I'm planning on running slin PWO for the first time. I'll be using Humalog, 5iu PWO only and will slowly work up to 10iu. I will also be running GH PWO as well. Either 10iu or 5iu with another 5iu first thing in the morning prior to meal 1.
This is how my offseason diet is set up for PWO meals.
5:00 - 6:00p Train
6:00p Immediately PWO - 80g WMS, 20g whey
6:30p 30 min later - 50g complex carbs (oats), 20g whey
7:00p 30 mins later - 50g red meat, fiberous veggie
9:00 - 9:30p 2hr later - 25g whey, 25g casein, tbsp natty PB
9:30p - Bed
I understand the ratio of carbs per iu of slin (10g) so obviously my current protocol will change slightly. I am unsre of how to time everything though. I drink my WMS shake at the gym, then drive 15 mins home. My plan is to shot the slin once I get home. Is this an issue as far as timing goes?
I'm also concerned with how late in the day I will be taking in the slin. It will probabloy around 6:30p and I normally go to bed between 9:00-9:30p Should I stay away longer to ensure the slin has fully cleared?
