    Trainer suggests Insulin . . but . .

    . . have done at least 5-6 anabolic androgenic steroid cycles in my past, currently on 750 mg/test week and 400 mg/masteron a week.

    My trainer suggested that I throw insulin in twice a week, on LEG and BACK days, at 8IU immediately after I work out, obv with a carb/protein drink and then a meal an hour later, etc . . . .

    But, should one work his way up to 8IU/day? Keep in mind I train legs Sunday, and Back on Tuesday . . . would this be correct? I do not want to be taking slin every day, so please . . commentS ? Opinions?

    Im no slin expert but i would have thought you would have to build up to that, even for experienced lifters. Maybe somebody else with more experience can help you out more, thats just my view.

    you should start out at 4ius a day along with 10g per iu and work your way up to 8ius. once you hit 8ius and 80 carbs you can drop the carbs down to your desired dose. i perfer 4-5g per iu but everyone is different. to many carbs can make you fat but not enough and you go hypo so be safe. if you have any other slin questions please feel free to ask

    Defenitely start on a lower dose such as 3 - 4IU and increase the dose by 1IU every workout till you reach the desired dose. Once on desired dose, stay on that dose till end of cycle.

    Not trying to flame but ive seen your pictures in your gyno thread and depending on your height, you look like you dont work out at all. Your very fatty and are already on a slighty advanced cycle. My personal opinion is if your not just a fat powerlifter trying to get stronger then your seriously wasting your time, and you would look better doing yoga and cardio + diet then your current routine.
