I have cardio (go to running) upon wake up. Is better to take GH before or after cardio?
I am also wondering if I can take bcaa or whey upon wake for best results of GH.
Or what would get me best results, any other way?

I would usually take HGH upon waking up, feed my dog, have a shave, watch some TV then hit the tredmil. That has worked well for me.

DEFINITELY right when you wake up. I've read several studies proving that GH will lower cortisol levels. Cortisol always scared me when I was in a cardio phase. For the past couple years, I'd inject my GH right when I got up then hit the treadmill. After reading those studies it made me feel more comfortable pounding out 45+ minutes on an empty stomach.
