My mom is 47, 5'7, 125 lbs and just got a prescription for genotropin, the doctor told her to take a .6 mg(1.8 iu) shot three time a week. Is that enough for some fat burning and muscle growth, or what should she expect to see at that dose.. Should she up the dose to four shots a week(eod) and should she split the shot in to two shots of .9 iu twice a day instead of one shot of 1.8 iu??
