    Question HGH and bloat

    Hi!

I started to use HGH couple of weeks ago. I bloated a little bit. If I stop the cycle how much time take to pass away the bloat after the last shot? I hope you understand me. English isn't my native language.

    Thank you for the help!

just watch your diet and sodium intake and hit up 4-5 days of cardio a week. i wouldnt stop taking hgh just because of a little bloat. are you taking anything else now? how long have you been running your hgh and at what dose?

My sodium intake is very low, or nothing. I use only 2 IU. Somatrope daily (5 days on 2 days off). Started 1 month ago. I use weekly 600 mg primibolan, 76 mg parabolan EOD, 50 mg winstrol EOD and 140 mcg clenbuterol 2 days on 2 days off. I want a very quality ripped look so straight choose steroids that not has estrogenic effect and not hold water. But instead of a very lean veiny look I bloated a little bit, not much like on enanthate but bloated for sure. And I see it on my face too, and feel it of course, you know my blood pressure example when I bend down. It's very annyoing.

that is wierd bro because your taking a low dose of hgh and the steroids your using usually dont cause much water retention. maybe try running .25mgs of armidex with you cycle and see if that helps because your cycle looks great and it would be a shame to have to stop it

Oh and 1 other thing. I do 50 minutes cardio 5 or 6 times on a week. When I started the cycle I was very ripped with 6 pack and veins on my abs. But I lost too much muscle when I cut. So I started the cycle to make quality grow. I still do cardio 5 times on a week. I use salt without natrium. I eat very low carbs (something like 50 grams). And I drink a lot of water. So I really don't know what's the problem. I decided to stop the HGH and keep it to a bulk cycle.

Don't stop using HGH, the water should go sooner or later but if it gets really bad I suggest you lower the dose.

I wouldn't worry about the veins and defenition not being there while on HGH, it's not fat but more than likely water.

Okay guys, thank you for the answers. First I will try to lower the dose with 25%. But generally how much time need to pass away the bloat? Days, or weeks?

HGH bloat is a pretty tricky animal, and one without real hard and fast timelines. I have ran HGH cycles with just about zero bloat, and I have ran them where I felt like the michelin man because of water bloat for a time ... weeks to a couple of months in length. I think some of it is brand dependent (or at least seems to be), and some of it is dose dependent, and unfortunately a lot of other factors as well.

It really is a big function of so many variables that it is hard to pin down the timeline. Just know that if you start out with a lower dose of HGH, ramp up the dose slowly (and let your body adjust gradually to the presence of more HGH in your system), and just keep on running it eventually the bloat will subside and you will all of a sudden begin to really appreciate the work it has been doing for you ... some of which was masked for a short time by water bloat.

Also, you do want to make sure that your mineral levels (sodium included) are reasonable but not totally absent. Too little sodium is about as bad as too much ... same with potassium, and all of the others. Balance is the key. Absence of just about any normally occurring mineral is rarely a good thing in a normal healthy adult. Mineral levels, hydration levels, etc., etc. are all going to factor into how much water your body is going to retain.

Best of luck. It will work it self out.
