how much longer does insulin remain active when stacked with igf1lr3

how much longer does the short acting insulin remain active when stacked with IGF1LR3?

I am on my second week of IGF1LR3 and have been taking it at 100mcgs/day, being injected in the morning.
(I avoid using it PWO because I think it keeps me up at night; so I use it when I first wake up - gives me more energy than coffee)

When I use insulin I use 10iu PWO... usually around 3-4pm

Ive been eating a lot of bread and some sugars when I take the insulin along with the protein shakes

AND I'd just like to say - I do think IGF1LR3 used alone is slightly anabolic - I've noticed my strength go up further than it was at before.. It's nothing when compared to steroids , but I do think it does have a mild anabolic affect

    I've heard that before

more importantly though, I heard that insulin stacked with IGF makes the IGF more potent
