I need some things clarified as i cant find an answer to these.

On the Humalog fact sheet it says never to inject IM, only Sub-Q. Reason? And why do guys on here inject IM if it says not too? Does IM injecting minimise the effectiveness of the Insulin .

Also, i read that you cant inject in the same spot for at least up to a month after. Is this true? It cant be right, can someone please explain??

The Humalog i can get are the 3ml cartridges, does anyone know if i can use an insulin syringe with these or do i need the Pen? And do i just use like a regular vial?

Lastly, i have access to insulin from Greece but i am on the other side of the world. The slin is kept refrigerated at my source warehouse until the time they ship but they dont ship with a cold pack or anything like that. Provided that i pop in straight in the refrigerator when i receive it, do you think the transporting/drop in temperature would have affected the insulin at all or will it be fine to use?

Sorry to break balls with all the questions, just want to get last minute questions answered to put my mind at ease.

Thanks guys!
