drawing out of the vial

It seems like I can't get all of it out of the vial. What is the best way to get it all out? I don't want to waste any... thanks

I never have any trouble getting just about everything out. What seems to be the problem?

when there is as little as 1iu.. I seem to have such a hard time getting it out. I inject the air 1st, then turn it over and try to draw out with the insulin needle and it seems the stuff never wants to come out. what do you think I am doing wrong? or any pointers...

I just hold the vial upside down up to a light with the pin inserted through the stopper, and try to draw the pin back till it is just barely through the stopper so I get everything.

yeah I struggle too 1st time injecting and drawing out of a 10 ml has been challenging for me too. Lots of resistance, doesn't pull in smooth.. I'm struggling. I do i t 2x a week 1 ml per.

i always can get just about everything out but if you cant then start using 2cc's of water instead of 1 so you wont lose as much hgh since its more diluted

I found the problem. when it gets low in the vial. I need to make sure the needle is barely in the stopper. It worked better today. here are some more questions.. Figure I would ask them in this thread
Question 1....Is 45 minutes to 1 hour to eat okay between injections... Trying to work 2 injections a day and trying to eat every 2 hours...
Question 2 reconsitued hgh can last how long in the fridge using bac water.

1. yes, 45min is ok to start eating carbs again.
2. its good for up to 20 days after reconstituted in the fridge

got one more.. How good is hgh helping with injuries. Right now I am working thru tennis elbow.. I have been doing everything to help it . ice, deep tissue massage, I wear a brace also. I know rest is the key, but I have been taking hgh for alomst 6 weeks now... will this help with the inflammation and tendon repair... I am getting ready to buy the brace with a magnet in it. I read this helps..

honestly im not sure. i have heard people who say it can help tendons but i havnt seen proof. it can help make stronger bones and immune functions as well as regeneration of major organs
