    Insulin and muscle growth

Typically a day after I work out (when not using insulin or other anabolics), I feel a little tender/soar in the area that I worked the day before.

Recently, since I started using insulin and IGF1Lr3, I've noticed that a day after I've used 10iu insulin PWO and 100mcg igf, along with 150g carbs & protein, my muscles do not feel soar at all. Occasionally I'll feel a pump, but it almost feels like I didn't even work them at all - no tenderness, nothing. However, the muscles do feel a little harder/denser to the touch than they did before.

Is that normal? Does that mean my muscles have completely recovered?

    thanks

Insulin will boost your recovery so that's more than likely the reason why you don't feel as sore the next day.
